Okay Stay

The staff were indeed helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness and how new the room was. Breakfast tasted great. The hotel facilities looked amazing.

Late checkout wasn't as easy as I'd hoped. The room felt very dusty.

modern room parking distance good breakfast

the room was modern, it had necessary facilities. a 24 hours car park exists 5 minutes walking distant, this made parking easy. the breakfast choice was good for me.

i found only one bottle of water in the fridge when i arrived, i expected more.

friendly staff quiet room

parking at millennium point car park was straightforward. staff were very friendly and the room was quiet. i liked the shower and pillows a lot. we didn't use the bar but breakfast was good it was a buffet with order options.

the staff WAS REALLY PROFESSIONAL. this. breakfast was GREAT TOO!

i REPORTED SOMEONE BLASTING LOUD MUSIC FROM 9PM TILL 4AM. no one did anything about it, it was UNREAL. i could not sleep, nor could my wife and my 10 month old kept waking up.

separate showers comfortable bed friendly staff avocado option

The room included two separate showers, one overhead and one standard. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a smashed avocado option, i appreciate this.

The wifi was very slow in the bedroom, so it was difficult to work at times.

The room had an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer, very useful. A refrigerator and toiletries were available in the room. A bible was also present. i found this very convenient.

Really good cleanliness and service

professional staff breakfast variety clean lobby

The staff demonstrated really good professionalism, elevating the entire stay. Breakfast included a good variety of options, which i appreciated. i loved the cleanliness of the room. It felt very clean when i arrived and was super comfy. The lobby area was also very clean and cute.
